Tread Wear Gauge is a multipurpose instrument which measures wear/thickness/flatness and diameter of wheels. Three models are available:

MODEL TWG-1(BGL)

Used for B.G wheels and measures the wear of flange ,root , tread, tyre thickness wheel diameter and flatness of tyre.

MODEL TWG-1(C &W)

Used for carriage & wagon wheels and measures the thickness of flange , root , tread wear , flatness of tyre and for checking the condemning root radius and sharp flange.

MODEL TWG-1(EMU)

Used for EMU wheels and measures the wear of flange, root, tread, flatness of tyre and wheel profile

P8 PROFILE GAUGE

Made as per P8 wheel profile, checks wheel profile, measures flange depth and flange wear.

TYRE THICKNESS GAUGE MODEL TTG-1

Measure the Tyre Thickness, Wheel Dia and Tread Wear.

FLANGE WEAR GAUGE

MODEL FWG-1

Flange Wear Gauge is used for measuring wear of wheel flange within ±1.0mm accuracy .

MODEL FWG-1(D)

Digital Flange Wear Gauge measures the flange wear within ±0.1mm accuracy and gives the reading in Digital Display.

ROOT WEAR GAUGE

MODEL RWG-1
Root Wear Gauge measures the wear at
root of wheel with ± 1.0 mm accuracy.

MODEL RWG-1(D)

Digital Root Wear Gauge, which measures the root wear within ± 0.1mm accuracy and gives the reading in Digital Display

TYRE DEFECT GAUGE

A GO-No GO Used for inspection of condemning flange thickness, root radius, sharp flange, Deep flange, flatness of tread etc. of wheel profile .Two models are available

(1)Model TDG-1
As per drawing of Plate-38, Rule 2.8.4 of IRCA.

(2)Model MTDG-1
A pocket size Mini Tyre Defect Gauge .
